How File Conversion Works

HEIC to PDF Converter processes all files entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. When you convert a HEIC image to PDF, JPG, or PNG, the file is decoded and re-encoded on your device. Your images are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service. Once you close the browser tab or navigate away, all file data is cleared from your browser's memory.

Information We Do Not Collect

We designed this tool to work without collecting personal information. Specifically:

• We do not upload, store, or transmit your files to any server
• We do not log individual file conversions or file names
• We do not require registration, login, or any personal details
• We do not use cookies for user tracking or advertising
• We do not sell data to third parties — there's no data to sell

Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it tells us "500 people visited today," not "John Smith from Chicago converted 3 files." We do not track individual users across sessions or sites.

Third-Party Resources

This site loads external resources to function properly:

• Google Fonts — loads the Inter typeface. Google may collect basic connection data (IP address, browser type) per their privacy policy.
• Font Awesome (Cloudflare CDN) — loads icon fonts. Cloudflare may log connection metadata per their privacy policy.

No other third-party services are loaded. We do not embed social media trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing scripts.

Data Security

All pages are served over HTTPS, encrypting data in transit. Since file processing happens locally in your browser, your images never travel over the network. This is inherently more secure than services that require server-side processing.

Children's Privacy

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we don't collect personal information from anyone, this applies by default.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Since we don't collect contact information, we cannot notify users directly — please check back periodically.
